Lead records in the production platform context I worked on.
I’m Ayush Saha. I build reliable backend systems for real-world products.
I’m Ayush Saha — a backend-focused software engineer working across Node.js, NestJS, AWS serverless infrastructure, and React. I enjoy solving problems around event-driven systems, partner integrations, reliability, observability, and operational tooling.
Engineering outcomes, not just tools.
A snapshot of the scale and improvements described in my professional work. Figures are based on project and platform context, not personal ownership of the entire platform.
Improvement in lead-processing reliability through queue resilience work.
Reduction in deployment ZIP sizes after shared Lambda-layer instrumentation changes.
Instrumentation initialization time after refactoring OpenTelemetry setup.
Systems I’ve helped build.
A mix of production engineering, full-stack applications, and open-source work. Professional case studies are intentionally generalized where details belong to the employer or client.
Elixir LMS - Event-driven insurance integrations
Backend services for configurable partner onboarding and lead workflows. Work included validation and callback pipelines, asynchronous queue recovery, reconciliation, observability, and operational reprocessing tools.
Digital donation kiosk
React Native donation kiosk serving 1M+ users and supporting 10M+ donations annually, with Razorpay QR and deep-link payments plus WhatsApp and SMS updates. Focused on transaction success and session reliability.
Inner Heal — AI wellness companion
A MERN application for mood tracking and journaling, with Gemini-powered insights, authenticated APIs, and MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
StudyNotion — EdTech platform
A course platform with authentication, OTP verification, password recovery, Razorpay payments, and Cloudinary media processing for instructors and learners.
SmartChat — real-time messaging
A MERN chat application with Socket.IO messaging, JWT authentication, online presence, and persistent sessions.
Where I’ve worked.
Production delivery across enterprise insurance workflows and customer-facing mobile products.
Software Engineer · Rezolut Infotech
Mar 2026 — Present · Building event-driven backend services for configurable partner onboarding and lead processing on an enterprise insurance platform handling 50M+ lead records. Core stack: Node.js, NestJS, AWS Lambda, Amazon SQS, Amazon SNS, MySQL, Sequelize, React 19, and TypeScript.
- Developed configurable partner onboarding and lead-processing services using Node.js, AWS Lambda, SQS, MySQL, and Sequelize.
- Strengthened lead-processing reliability by 30% through resilient asynchronous messaging with Amazon SQS, retries, message replay, and dead-letter queues (DLQs).
- Refactored OpenTelemetry integration across 4 AWS Lambda functions to reuse a shared Lambda layer, reducing deployment ZIP sizes by 77–83% and instrumentation initialization from approximately 750 ms to 80 ms; retained trace-correlated Winston logs in SigNoz.
- Revamped four Elixir admin modules using React 19 and TypeScript, delivering reusable components, custom hooks, pagination, filters, and operational tooling.
- Automated partner reconciliation with a NestJS service and scheduled IST execution, comparing forward and reverse feeds across 13 partner application IDs and 21 node groups; distributed reports through Amazon SNS.
- Delivered production fixes for HDFC partner workflows and built a secured batch-reprocessing endpoint supporting up to 2,000 leads with dry-run validation.

Engineer by practice. Curious by nature.
I’m a software engineer based in Mumbai, India, with a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Engineering College Bikaner, affiliated with Bikaner Technical University.
My strongest interest is backend engineering: designing APIs and integrations, making asynchronous workflows dependable, debugging production systems, and improving how services are observed and operated. I also enjoy building React interfaces when a problem calls for full-stack ownership.
Outside of day-to-day product work, I explore open source, build side projects, and write about technology and learning. I’m interested in teams that value sound engineering, thoughtful collaboration, and measurable product outcomes.
